- Web scraper sessions (optional) — if you choose to import browser cookies, we store an encrypted cookie jar tied to your employee account so agents can browse as your session on allowed hosts

We do not sell your workspace content. We use subprocessors (cloud hosting, email, model providers you configure) as needed to deliver the product.
Web scraper & imported cookies
When you import a browser session for Web scraper:
- Cookies are stored encrypted and scoped to your user account within your workspace
- Browsing with those cookies runs on our servers, not on your local machine
- Page content retrieved during scraping may be processed by AI models according to your LLM settings
- You can disconnect the session at any time from Integrations → Web scraper
You are responsible for ensuring that importing a session and any resulting scraping complies with privacy laws and the target site's policies, especially when page content includes personal data about others.
Retention & security
We retain data while your workspace is active and as needed for backups, billing, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your workspace subject to operational and legal limits.
We apply encryption, access controls, and tenant isolation appropriate to a B2B SaaS product. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights & contact
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you as an account holder. Requests about data you scraped through agents are generally your organization's responsibility as controller.
