Terms of Service

Rules for using Schwarz AI, including acceptable use of agents, integrations, and the Web scraper browser automation feature.

Last updated 2026-07-13

Agreement

By creating a workspace, signing in, or using Schwarz AI (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

The Service is operated by Just A Tech Foundation and related Schwarz AI product teams. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

These terms are a product policy template. They are not legal advice. Have counsel review them for your jurisdiction and business model before relying on them in disputes.

Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

  • Access, scrape, export, or automate third-party systems in violation of those systems' terms, robots rules, or technical restrictions
  • Harass, defraud, or impersonate others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls on the Service or on third-party sites
  • Use the Service to process personal data you are not authorized to collect or use

We may suspend or terminate access that poses security, legal, or abuse risk to the Service or to third parties.

Web scraper & browser sessions

The Web scraper integration lets agents browse websites. You may use a fresh session (no cookies) for public pages, or optionally import your own browser session cookies to access sites where you are already signed in.

Your responsibilities when using Web scraper:

  1. 1Third-party terms — You are solely responsible for complying with each target website's terms of service, acceptable use policy, and robots.txt or similar access rules. Importing cookies does not grant Schwarz AI any rights on that site; it only replays a session you provided.
  2. 2Authorization — You must have lawful permission to access and automate each site and account. Do not use the Web scraper to access systems or data you are not entitled to use.
  3. 3Computer misuse laws — Depending on your jurisdiction, unauthorized access to computers or networks (including statutes such as the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and similar laws elsewhere) may apply to scraping or automation. You agree not to use the Service in ways that violate such laws.
  4. 4Platform reputation — Browsing and scraping run on Schwarz AI infrastructure (including our Obscura browser automation stack). Abusive traffic may cause IP blocking, abuse reports, or service degradation that affects other customers. You are responsible for activity performed with your workspace credentials and imported sessions.
  5. 5Cookie sessions are credentials — An imported cookie jar is equivalent to login credentials for the covered sites. Keep jars confidential, revoke them when no longer needed, and do not upload sessions you do not own or control.

We may restrict hosts, throttle automation, disable cookie import for a workspace, or terminate accounts that generate credible abuse or legal complaints.

Data protection & scraping

If agents or integrations retrieve personal data (information relating to an identifiable person), you are the controller or processor responsible for having a lawful basis to collect, use, store, and export that data.

You must not use the Service to:

  • Scrape or aggregate personal data in violation of privacy laws (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar regimes)
  • Process special categories of data without appropriate safeguards and legal grounds
  • Re-identify or combine scraped data in ways that breach third-party policies or individual rights

Our Privacy Policy describes how Schwarz AI handles account and operational data. It does not make Schwarz AI responsible for personal data you choose to scrape or store through your agents.

Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party APIs and desktop tools (email, Twilio, Shopify, MCP servers, and others). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party's terms. Schwarz AI is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by those providers.

Disclaimers & termination

The Service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing actions agents take on your behalf, especially outbound messages, purchases, or data changes.

We may modify these terms by posting an updated version on this site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Questions about these terms: contact us through the channels listed on our website or your workspace administrator.
