Creating an agent

  1. 1In the sidebar Agents section, click + (Create agent).
  2. 2Choose a clear name for the agent (avoid reserved names like twilio or slack).
  3. 3Select tools the agent should use — time lookups, email, delegation, and more.
  4. 4Attach integrations such as Twilio, Schwarz Coder, fal.ai, web scraper, Slack, Firebase Analytics, or Google Ads.
  5. 5For Slack-enabled agents, pick which bot identity the agent listens on.
Tip: Start with one integration and a focused system prompt. You can always add capabilities later.
