What workers do
Workers are for goals that don't fit in a single reply. Schwarz plans work on a task graph, dispatches specialist agents, and tracks progress until the outcome is complete.
When to use a worker: Research across sources, multi-file code changes, campaigns that touch several integrations, or any project with clear sub-steps.
Starting a worker
- 1Open Workers in the sidebar and click + (New worker).
- 2Enter a name and optional goal.
- 3Open Details on the worker page and choose which integrations Schwarz may dispatch (connect them under Integrations first).
- 4Describe the goal in Schwarz's chat and watch the fleet plan and specialist dispatches in real time.
