Overview

Connect Gmail or Microsoft Outlook so agents can read inboxes, search messages, and send mail on your behalf. Workspace admins configure the OAuth app first; each user connects their own mailbox.

Setup

  1. 1(Admin) Configure Gmail and/or Outlook OAuth app credentials under Integrations → Email.
  2. 2Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox via OAuth on the same page.
  3. 3When creating agents, add email tools (gmail_* or outlook_*) from the selectable tools list.
